Varietal Composition: Chardonnay 50% - Malagouzia 50%
Harvest: Mid August.
Vinification: Vinification starts with a process of maceration prior to fermentation which aims to transfer the aromas of the grape to the wine. The alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 18 to 20 °C.
Flavour Profile: It has excellent adaptability and due to its low production and its young character it produces wines with acidity.
Matching: It can be combined with almost all intensively flavoured dishes of modern cuisine that go beyond a simple home cooking.
