In our winery we also use a gas heated pot still, one of the oldest and most useful equipments of Macedonian wineries. By distilling the grape pomace of the finest grape varieties we produce high quality ‘tsipouro’, pure or anise-flavoured. It is then aged in special oak barrels giving a highly aromatic and flavoured tsipouro.


Keeping the tradition, we give you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable evening in the company of music and barbecued meat until the morning as it traditionally happens at the distilleries.
