Category: Organic Regional Wine of Kozani.


Variety: Roditis 60% & Uni blanc 40%.


Harvest: Both varieties are harvested after mid-September.


Vinification: The wine production starts with a process of maceration prior to fermentation which aims to transfer the perfume of the grape to the wine. The alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 18 to 20 °C.


Flavour Profile: The wine's colour is light yellow with greenish tinges. The aroma is complex, dominated by fruits such as green apple, pear, banana and citrus aromas. In-mouth sensations are fruity, framed by a balanced acidity.


Matching: Best served chilled at 10-12 °C. It accompanies white meat with simple sauces, pasta, salads and shellfish.
